All items are individually hand made
All my projects are individually hand made, using materials I have sourced locally or from Germany. Because of this, there is a strong 'unique' element in each and every item I make. The images on this website are taken from the actual items I have shown at the various craft fairs I attend - but can only be taken as 'examples'.
I will try and make sure that all the items I make, are as consistent as possible and do match the images I show on this website. But there will always be a slight variation in the positioning of a patterned material. And if pattern or material is no longer available - I will let you know.
How does an email enquiry work?
When you send an enquiry to me - I will reply to confirm availability, cost and/or despatch date.
If I have none on my shelf - I will make one directly and ensure it is sent to you as soon as possible.
Payments?
I will send you a PayPal link by email. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still purchase using your credit or visa/debit card. If you request, I can accept cheques.
Delivery?
The prices are a guide for a single item including standard first class postage. But as P&P is such a variable, with quantity, bulk and destination to take into account. I will always confirm with you the total price - BEFORE I SEND THE PAYPAL link.
Privacy
I take your privacy very seriously and am committed to providing you with an Internet experience that respects your privacy. When you make an enquiry (or purchase) I need to collect certain information to process your enquiry (or transaction) and to fulfill your order. I do not sell, rent or disseminate this information to any third party for marketing or any other purposes. You can be confident I will not disclose your details to anybody unless required by law to do so, or unless you explicitly give me authority to do so. Returns
In order to receive a full refund or to exchange an item you must return the goods in perfect condition with the original despatch note within 7 days of receipt. I cannot accept items if they have been worn, damaged or washed. Please send goods back by registered post as they remain your responsibility until received by me. Postal costs cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Colours and sizing
Please call me if you have any queries regarding sizing and colours. I have done my best to describe the colours and materials used and please be aware, however, that there is some loss of colour accuracy in viewing on a computer screen.
